Go Connect is a powerful unified communication software suite which allows users a high level of integration, communication and collaboration with both their Panasonic phone systems and their internal business systems. Go Connect products allow for Panasonic end users to work more collaboratively and collectively - always having the caller information they need available quickly and efficiently. The Go Connect products suite is not only cost effective but also very easy to maintain and even easier to install. The solution consists of four primary license types allowing end users to get the maximum benefit depending on their specific requirements:
Go Connect Express/Office - All the call functions you need with a simple click - dial, transfer, hold, consult and many others plus integration with Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes and Google Places.
Go Connect CRM – All the features of Go Connect Express/Office plus “click to dial” and “screen popping” with many custom and standard CRM applications and databases which allows instant access to relevant information making the end user experience so much more efficient and saving the customer both time and ultimately money.

Mobile client – Go Connect Mobile is an application for your smartphone or tablet that means you don't have to be "out of office" when you're out of the office. It connects to a Go Connect Server and enables dialling and collaboration features on your mobile device.
Go Connect Attendant - Full screen call management including CRM/DB integration, IM and multi-site support.
Go Connect Attendant also supports multi-site operation enabling an operator on a single site to distribute calls to other connected sites. (Note: this requires prior set up of Go Connect multi-site)
If you use Microsoft OCS or Lync you can connect your PBX to it as well using Go Gateway for Microsoft OCS/Lync.
Linking your business database with your Panasonic telephone system is an excellent way to improve productivity. It allows users to know who is calling and to quickly get their details on the screen. It also saves time when dialling from the database.
Further productivity gains can be made by using Go Connect CRM's address book as a search tool. This saves users from even having to open their database when looking for contact's telephone numbers. Also the Call history is enhanced by providing quick access to contact's details as found from the database. Go Connect natively supports a range of standard integrations which can be installed and configured easily.
