Whether it’s making a call by clicking a number on the screen or automating the screen popping of the CRM record using the callers CLI, the addition of Office CTI clients will show demonstrable improvements to your processes and overall customer experience.

The clients will integrate ‘out the box’ with Microsoft Office products plus many other CRM products*. Custom integration services can provide the integration with other cloud or server based databases and applications.

This automation can not only dramatically reduce call handling times and costs, but provide your staff with additional telephony features such as enabling them to quickly transfer calls along with the customer data, view presence information and use some basic operator features .

Outbound call centres can optionally add the Office Campaign Dialler which in conjunction with a database will drive the flow of outbound calls and responses.
